We are looking constantly for new colleagues! If you are interested in a diversified and interesting Job in the Port of Hamburg, you are at the right place. We educate our employees with our partners in a three year period to a full so called „Hafenschiffer“ which allows work as a Mooring Man and to operate our Mooring Tugs. The license you get at the end oft he education is the „Hafenpatent“. But also carrier changer are heavily invited: In our own HLM Academy we lead you also in about 4 years to a complete Mooring Man also with the Hafenpatent at the end oft he education.

Our Headquarter is located in the heart of the Port of Hamburg near by the Köhlbrandbridge. At this place also our wharft and factory and workshop can be found where Mooring Tugs and Mooring Cars are constructed and maintained. Additional we keep several places all over the area of the Port, so our teams including almost 100 employees together with the Equipment are able to reach the place of action very quickly. Our Disposition is located at the famoust building at the entrance of the Port where also the Harbour Pilots and the nautical headquarter of the Port can be found. From this place we coordinate our complete missions around the clock.
